Our main action was the operationalisation of extrajudicial and judicial mediation for consumer complaints, reducing the average ticket spent, and we carried out an IPO, in the middle of the pandemic.

The team was essential to guarantee the company’s operation, given the numerous restrictions that were imposed, including bringing solutions to employees to allow them to overcome the crisis, considering that operating revenue was practically zero

The support of external offices is fundamental for conducting the company’s strategic processes, as well as it is extremely important that these offices are aligned with the company’s mode of operation

Technology helps to increase productivity and allow lawyers to focus on their strategy, without having to worry about preparing information extracted from available data; technology also allows us to anticipate possible future problems and act preventively.
