Marina Funck has a degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Business Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She has extensive experience in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, acting heading legal teams in multiple areas, including litigation, estate, contractual and infrastructure licensing.

She has more than 15 years of experience in the sector and is currently legal manager at ​​American Tower Brazil, being responsible for all licensing management, legal management of estate contracts and the company’s litigation. Marina has a dynamic and engaging personality, focused on solutions and conflict resolution, bringing a strategic vision from the point of view of the client and the law.
