Bio
Alessandra Del Debbio is the sssistant general counsel for Microsoft Latin America, based in São Paulo, Brazil. She is responsible for legal, corporate, government, and citizenship in Latin America and the Caribbean regions, supporting Microsoft business in 46 countries.
Alessandra first joined Microsoft in 2002 as legal manager for Microsoft Brazil and since 2014 as legal and corporate affairs vice president responsible for supporting and coordinating the legal, corporate affairs, corporate responsibility, and digital integrity in Microsoft Brazil.
Before joining Microsoft, Alessandra worked at Nokia as legal and compliance director for Latin America and at Promon as the legal manager for Brazil.
Alessandra holds a Law Degree from the University of Sao Paulo with a specialisation in Corporate, Digital & Tax Law.
In addition to her work at Microsoft, Alessandra is one of the co-founders of Juridico de Saias (Legal in Skirts), a group of women lawyers who work in companies, associations, and non-profit entities to promote the professional development of women in the legal career. She is also an advisor at WILL (Women in Leadership in Latin America) and a mentor at EBWL (Empower Black Women in Leadership).
