In the past year, among the relevant operations we had, a highlight was the incorporation of the subsidiary Furnas by the holding company, which was quite complex.

In my opinion, the main characteristics are high technical knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and to build a high-quality team while keeping them engaged in the company’s projects and challenges

Our legal team must work in constant collaboration and dialogue with the technical areas of Eletrobras, seeking to present quick and efficient solutions for the problems that arise in the company’s routine. We understand that this effort adds value to the company.
