We were involved in the acquisition of Copel Telecom (former denomination of Ligga Telecomunicações); the acquisition of the shareholding control of Centro de Imagem Diagnósticos (Alliança Saúde) and the subsequential Tag Along Tender Offer related thereto; the Judicial Recovery and financial turnaround of Light; and the acquisition of the shareholding control of Empresa Metropolitana de Águas e Energia.
