The most significant cases concern the development of action strategies in tax proceedings through administrative and judicial channels, with success in relevant actions and recovery of significant credits. In addition, in tax planning for M&A operations and support in legislative matters.

What would you say are the unique qualities required to be successful as an in-house lawyer in your industry?

Our industry is constantly changing, whether due to legal aspects or sustainability issues. Therefore, being dynamic, a driving agent for change are essential characteristics for those who work in the oil and gas industry.

How have you fostered a closer collaboration between the legal department and your business counterparts?

Within our legal team, we try to be guided by the partner’s vision, whether internal or external. Being open to listening to ideas, evaluating situations and proposing, if applicable, models that combine risk and viability are attitudes that I cultivate and that allow positive action with commercial areas.

I am passionate about the cause of women, for making it possible, opening paths towards a more inclusive and egalitarian environment.
