Daniela Vilhena leads a team of 30 attorneys that is responsible for more than 5,000 lawsuits (totaling an amount of approximately R$5bn), providing more than 4,000 legal opinions to the business teams of the company each year, also being responsible for the analyses of thousands of contracts per year and is a leader in dozens strategic projects in the company. Very talented, seasoned and skilled attorneys support her, among them is Thiago Luiz Ferreira, who handles strategic cases such as those related to the tobacco regulation and product liability; Ludmila Oliveira, an expert in intellectual property; Amanda Montenegro, who is currently supporting the legal department as business partner and also in charge of the contracts area; Natasha Kurrik, who acts as business partner for the finance area, providing counselling for tax related issues, also an expert in tax litigation; and Renata Garcia, responsible for the labour area and business partner for both human resources and operations departments.
