CISCO Systems Canada has an innovative and talented in-house legal team based in Toronto. The team takes the lead in legal matters around CISCO’s cross-Canada sales, negotiations with large service providers, sales contracts involving CISCO’s cutting edge services and software such as its XaaS and advanced video-on demand software. The team is also involved in large projects involving the public sector, litigation and dispute management support, implementing compliance programmes, and conducting firm wide training in privacy, competition, marketing and patent law. Recently, the team has been credited for negotiating a number of deals that deliver the company’s high performing technology to a whole range of company clients in Canada.
