Leading the Panamanian legal and regulatory team since 2013, Valdes is recognised as a results driven and highly motivated professional with more than 15 years’ experience specialising in telecommunication government programs. As a core facilitator of these programs she has worked on many M&A transactions across Panama and the Caribbean, helping the company to continue its expansion in Panama. She was able to gain and develop her solid analytical, communication and public speaking skills through her past roles, serving as vice president for Cable & Wireless in Panama for five years and as a director for legal and regulation at Telecarrier.
