Jenniffer Salazar Ramírez is the director of the legal department at Claro in Costa Rica. She has over ten years of experience as an in-house lawyer, and three years in her current position as general counsel. Her vision is to be a leader for the legal department at Claro Costa Rica, empowering young people -especially women- to grow their careers and develop their skills to be competitive and effective in an industry that is constantly changing and challenging. Jenniffer is known in the company for being supportive and respectful.

Accordingly, she has been invited to be part of the Compliance Sub-Committee of América Móvil, where she is distinguished for her ethics and the right way to manage business. Jenniffer understands the demands of the constantly changing tech industry, which is why she always updates her knowledge. Currently, she is enrolled in the International Arbitration Program at the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT), Costa Rica.

Jenniffer is the mother of two beautiful children and, together with her husband, shares her most important activity: raising them to be kind people in a demanding world.
