What has been the number one challenge that has impacted you over the past year?

The overall challenge was maintaining certainty in a constantly evolving regulatory environment, consequently to the political strategy of the country. But it was also analysing new regulations and their applicability to internal processes.

Some of the significant cases we have been involved in recently concern the analysis and implementation of electronic funds transfer systems in line with the country’s new regulations.
