With over eight years of experience in the practice of law, Francisco has dedicated his career to specialising in corporate legal analysis to improve the functioning of the organisations for which he has provided his services. Francisco’s career has been characterised by his ability to lead teams, adapt to the needs and growth of companies, adopt functions, and make decisions at the legal management level, and provide strategic advice and innovative legal solutions for one of the largest real estate companies in Guatemala. 

With a solid and diversified career, his experience has been enriched with several postgraduate studies focused on the complete professional service that a corporation needs, such as finance knowledge, management skills, specialisation in corporate law and other important areas for the development of a company. Francisco’s passion for analysis, problem solving, and leadership has led him to take on important challenges and contribute considerable value to the companies in which he has worked. His commitment to excellence and efficient management drives him to continue strengthening his knowledge and skills. 

His current role is as manager of the legal area of Grupo Cayalá, one of the most important estate agencies and developers in Guatemala, and even in Central America, being recognised multiple times for its constructions, innovation, design and more. His role includes, in addition to the application of analysis and legal knowledge, the implementation and development of all types of soft skills, which have made him an important pillar in decision-making at the management level within the company where he provides his services. 

In addition to exercising supervision, internal control, and management of the area he leads, he works on the implementation of key performance indicators and annual initiatives at the corporate level to measure, control and improve organisational efficiency and the achievement of goals, from a legal point of view, achieving a legal office focused on results and efficiency as part of a corporate organisation.
