Alicia Maria Giron
Lawyer and Notary of El Salvador.

Currently serving as Legal Director of the Pension Fund Administrator CONFIA, S.A., responsible for providing legal advice to the Board of Directors and the Presidency, as well as to various business areas, in collaboration with the legal team she leads. Her experience in the Salvadoran Pension System has allowed her to practise in various branches of law, participate in the analysis and discussion of pension regulations, assess and structure investment alternatives in the stock market, manage litigation, and coordinate and implement corporate governance policies and best practices.
