Ana Carol De Benedetti

I have been working with MROH during the last 5 years, where I have had the opportunity to build the legal department. I am very proud to work for MROH, among others, because Aeroman, a Salvadorean affiliate of MROH, is one of the biggest and most recognized Aircraft Maintenance Repair facilities in the world, as well as one of the largest employers of the country. As such, Aeroman makes a significant contribution to El Salvador, providing technical skills and training to a young population of men and women, as well as salaries and benefits above what is mandatory by law. In MROH I have been involved in multi-country and multi-entity transactions, including international financing and acquisitions.

Before I joined MROH, I worked with TACA and LifeMiles for 22 years. I led the legal department in LifeMiles since its creation and was fully involved in its spin-off from the airline. My philosophy has been to lead legal departments with a view to becoming partners in the business areas and supporting the business.
