Ana Polanco

Ana is a lawyer and notary with experience advising companies, from establishing themselves in the country through an appropriate legal vehicleinitialte legal vehicle, to their operational phase. She has always been characterised to provide comprehensive legal services. She is passionate about corporate law, which allows her to advise on large-scale projects both locally and internationally. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Innovation and Solidarity Economy and a specialization in Contracts and Damages from the University of Salamanca, with the goal of providing legal support to companies that also wish to invest in sustainable development.

She currently works as a lawyer at a regulated company, focusing on monitoring new regulations, providing day-to-day support, and especially evaluating contractual risks. She also offers advisory services to companies and entrepreneurs looking to formalize their businesses at the national level.
