Arturo Rojas Campos

Arturo Rojas is a highly accomplished legal professional in Costa Rica with a diverse background encompassing legal and risk management, data privacy, and a strong foundation in labor and corporate law. He currently serves as the Legal and Risk Management Manager at Securitas Costa Rica, where he oversees all legal, compliance, data privacy and risk-related matters for the company.

Prior to his current role, Arturo honed his expertise in labor and corporate law through several key positions. As Head of Department at FORZA, he was responsible for navigating the complexities of labor law, ensuring compliance, and managing legal risks related to employment. His experience at FORZA also deepened his understanding of corporate law, as he oversaw legal matters related to the company’s operations, contracts, and governance.

Arturo’s legal career began in prominent law firms where he gained valuable experience in both labor and corporate law. As a Senior Associate Attorney at Consortium Legal and an Associate Attorney at BLP Legal, he advised clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, including contracts, disputes, and compliance with labor regulations. During this time, he also developed a strong foundation in corporate law, working on transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance.

His commitment to professional development is evident in his academic achievements, including a master’s degree in digital and Technological Law from Universidad Europea, a master’s degree in business administration and law from Universidad Escuela Libre De Derecho, and a Specialization in Notarial Law from ULACIT. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
