Luis Adolfo Márquez Rosales

Focused professional with 20+ years of experience and proven acquisition and administrative law knowledge. In 2013, I started my career in the Registry of Commerce where I had the chance to increase my knowledge about the Mercantile Legislation reviewing legal acts that need to be registered before that Governmental Agency such as Articles of Incorporation, Amendment of bylaws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Dissolution and Liquidation Processes, etc. In In addition, I had the opportunity to act on behalf of the Registry of Commerce in a Committee integrated to amend books 1 and 2 of the Code of Commerce and I have been a speaker at conferences related to corporate matters. After 10 years in the Registry of Commerce, 2013 I was selected to start at Hanesbrands as Paralegal of the Associate General Counsel for LATAM, in time, I was promoted and after almost 12 years I am now Legal Counsel for Latin America and Compliance Officer in Money Laundering for El Salvador.

In addition, I have performed as a Professor at the University known as the Superior School of Economy and Business (Escuela Superior de Economía y Negocios), position performed from 2016 to 2020.
