What are the major projects or initiatives you have worked on that you are most proud of?

From a personal standpoint, the achievements I have made this year are reflected in the establishment of a strong culture of compliance and ethics. This culture focuses on ensuring that every individual within the organization feels empowered as the face of business ethics and a key stakeholder in maintaining relationships with suppliers.

What measures has your company taken to embed sustainability practices into its core business operations, and how does the role of the general counsel contribute to driving and ensuring sustainable practices within the company? 

Novo Nordisk is recognised as a pioneering company in sustainability. In line with this, the company has committed to significantly reducing CO2 emissions while also taking steps to eliminate the use of single-use plastics.

Internally, recycling has become a key responsibility across teams, with efforts also focused on planting trees that positively contribute to the environment.
