Ronald Ramirez joined Hewlett-Packard Enterprise’s legal department in 2008, and currently serves as regional legal leader for Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia and Venezuela (North Latam and BOPE regions).
With an impressive 16-year career in international commercial law, Ronald has established himself as a leading legal expert in the corporate world. His extensive experience spans across various critical areas, including contract negotiation of key deals, dispute resolution, corporate restructure, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and splits. As legal leader for HPE’s subsidiaries in his region, Ronald has been instrumental in addressing the diverse legal needs of the company, ensuring compliance and fostering growth in a dynamic market.
