What are the major projects or initiatives you have worked on that you are most proud of?

One of the major projects I am most proud of is CMI’s acquisition of a majority stake in Del Real Foods (USA), which strengthened our presence in the food industry. Additionally, I played a key role in accelerating the growth of Pollo Campero Restaurants in the US, expanding to over 120 locations with a strong trajectory for continued expansion.
