Interairports
After taking on the challenge of converting the country’s airports into modern, efficient, and operational models according to international standards, Interairports manages and operates Honduras’ four international air terminals located in Tegucigalpa (Toncontín Airport), San Pedro Sula (Ramon Villeda Morales Airport), La Ceiba (Golosón Airport) and Roatán (Juan Manuel Gálvez Airport). Legal manager for 11 years, David Agurcia heads the in-house function that includes legal adviser Rosa Osorto. A main feature of the team’s work involves negotiating deals with major airlines to either start, continue or extend flight services to and from the country. As such the legal team at Interairports has worked on securing agreements with international airlines including Air Europa, Avancia and CM.
