In charge of the legal and corporate department at lifecell, the third largest Ukrainian mobile telephone network operator, since 2014 Osipov has formed a close-knit team of 16 professionals that handles legal issues, provides business transformation support and covers antimonopoly matters. Prior to joining lifecell, Osipov served briefly as head of legal and compliance at METRO Cash and Carry in Ukraine and before that spent six years as head of legal of Avon Cosmetics’ operation in Ukraine and Georgia.
