We are pleased to nominate Tadeusz Szymaniec for this year’s GC Powerlist as an outstanding and experienced counsel serving position of head of legal in Samsung Electronics. We have worked with Szymaniec in connection with implementation of a new e-commerce platform at Samsung Electronics which was legally challenging and demanding global project. He is valued for his practical approach in supervising the crisis management procedures in the company, cooperating with Samsung’s international structures and supervising compliance issues. He is valued for his proactive approach, practical and intense background in particular in contract law, public procurement law, company law, M&A and labour law issues.
