Jan Klouda, general counsel and member of the board of directors, leads a legal team at Vodafone Czech Republic that continues to impress due to its expertise and achievements in coordinating the legal affairs of one of the largest mobile providers in the Czech Republic. The team is responsible for legal matters pertaining to corporate security, compliance, enterprise risk management as well as dispute resolution, litigation and regulatory matters including privacy, fraud and corporate governance. Vodafone is ahead of the curve in terms of technical innovation within the highly competitive Czech market. This year it announced a project with Quadruple, an international digital services consultancy, to strengthen its fixed internet digital services in a major innovative deal for Vodafone across the region.
