Having recently moved into in-house work with Mainstream Renewable Power after an extremely impressive private practice career, Ignacio Díaz Sahr states he is looking to make an impact as an in-house counsel: ‘The changes I plan to effect to the legal work are still ongoing, but the overall challenge of the legal department is to provide strong and effective legal support to all the areas of the company, always keeping in mind the business objectives of the company and the features of the energy market’. He has also proved effective already in the legal support of a number of Mainstream Renewable Power’s projects, including supply and construction agreements on solar power plants in Chile and M&A work in other South American jurisdictions.
