Jaime Roche is an accomplished legal professional with a distinguished background in law. Holding a law degree from the Universidad de Chile and a master’s degree in law from the University of Virginia, United States, he possesses a solid academic foundation. His journey led him to join Embotelladora Andina in 2008, where his expertise has left a significant impact. 

Prior to his current role, Jaime held pivotal positions, showcasing his versatility and expertise. As the chief legal officer at Socovesa S.A. from 2004 to 2008, he demonstrated his leadership and strategic acumen. His role as a corporate banking lawyer at Citibank N.A., Santiago de Chile, from 2000 to 2004, highlighted his contributions to the financial sector. 

Jaime’s legal journey extended beyond borders as an international associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in New York during 2001-2002. This experience broadened his legal horizons and enriched his perspective. His foundational years were spent as an associate lawyer at Cruzat, Ortúzar & Mackenna, Baker & McKenzie, where he worked from 1996 to 1999, developing a strong legal foundation. 

Additionally, his role as a lawyer specializing in financial and real estate advisory at Banco Edwards from 1993 to 1996 showcases his early involvement in crucial financial matters. 

Jaime’s extensive experience across diverse legal domains and his tenure at Embotelladora Andina in 2008 underscore his adaptability and deep understanding of legal intricacies. His journey is a testament to his commitment to legal excellence and strategic thinking.
