How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience?
Basically three actions; firstly, informing carefully and with details to the entire team the difficulties and challenging that the broader organisation is phasing, independently of the area impacted; secondly, promoting team work emphasising that everyone is part of the success and solution and thirdly, prioritising work for external consultants from those tasks that can be handle in house.
How do you prioritise diversity and inclusion within your legal department, and what initiatives have you implemented to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment?
From a legal department perspective, fostering law firms and consultants that have inclusive teams. In this context inclusion is not only related to gender, but also religion, background, location of their offices, and much more.
Internally specific situations for each minority are part of the weekly planification so all team members can respond to their needs without feeling that they are left behind.
