In times of crisis, legal management is immediately involved in adopting legal and compliance measures, so that the business reasons for making decisions are within the regulatory and compliance frameworks. The recommendations are that the processes continue their course except for those at risk which must be intervened by the various areas and the legal area to safeguard their mission, Likewise, it is suggested to contact the regulatory authority when necessary.

What emerging technologies do you see as having the most significant impact on the legal profession in the near future, and how do you stay updated on these developments?

Without a doubt we will agree that artificial intelligence is a tool that whether we want it or not will be involved in our processes, for this we will need to create clear policies for its use in order to take advantage of the tool, maximise its use and take advantage of legal resources more for strategy and creative problem solving.

In your opinion, what are the main trends that are salient in your country currently (these can be legal, political, economy or business-based)?

In Chile we are in a critical social and political moment as there has been a profound change in the aspirations of Chileans and as they are expected to be fulfilled, however, it seems that they have not been adequately resolved, so it is expected that the following years will not be calm. However, Chile continues to be the most serious country in the region, so despite the political uncertainties, investors will continue to come (perhaps decrease) and will allow the national economy to be mobilised.
