SalfaCorp is one of the largest and most important companies in the Chilean construction and real estate sector, and operates through two business units, namely engineering and construction. The company has expanded immensely on a national basis in the last few decades, and now also has extensive international operations with offices in Argentina, Colombia, Peru, China and Malaysia. SalfaCorp’s announcement in April 2018 that it plans to invest more than $240m in real estate initiatives, a 10% increase on last year, means that its legal team has a challenging year ahead.
