The legal department provides legal advice in regards to the company’s rapid development by becoming more electrically-powered, internet-connected, sharing-based and internationally-focused, through vigorously strengthening innovative and pioneering capacity, advancing both its joint ventures and independent businesses, and fostering new services in multiple areas. The strong legal team, at group level with 11 members, led by Mr. Zhou Qi, provides guidance and support to in-house counsels of hundreds subsidies. The team guides the company in areas of compliance policies, company governance, large asset purchases, trademark management, finance, overseas operation among many others. With a focus on retaining and developing the most highly-skilled legal function, the team continuously focuses on the study and research on latest and hottest legal topics to keep up with the business development in the areas of auto-drive, data protection, international business compliance among others.
