Vice president and general counsel, consumer solutions, Arthur Hui, leads the legal department, and as a member of the senior segment leadership team, he participates in the development and execution of strategic objectives of the segment’s three global business units; consumer devices, appliances and circuit protection, as well as being a trusted business partner to help the company achieve profitable growth in China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia. The team is considered a global multicultural team of legal professionals who support the business units, covering areas such as commercial contracts, litigation, regulatory matters, real estate and procurement-related issues. They also operate in other departments, such as sales, marketing, operations, finance and human resources in order to provide strategic solutions to drive growth and mitigate risks.
