González Téllez has a dual role at Cemex, operating as both general counsel and compliance officer at Cemex LatAm Holdings and vice president for legal affairs at Cemex Colombia, the country’s second largest supplier of building materials. In his wider, regional role González Téllez is responsible for coordinating the legal and regulatory aspects of Cemex’s activities in seven locations across the continent (Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, and Brazil).
