From the perspective of business resilience, stability mechanisms are adopted in supply and investments with a medium-term approach, which allows to withstand changes in conditions due to particular situations.

What are the main cases or operations you have been involved in recently?

Our success cases refer to the participation in public and private bidding processes, in the financial and real sector in Colombia, promoting important revenues with values above $50m for this year.
 

What emerging technologies do you believe will have the most significant impact on the legal profession in the future?
 

The biggest emerging technology challenge is associated with 5G and 6G smart grids, which are developed from data analytics, and AI to establish more efficient usage patterns. This will allow more and more flexibility in the daily processes of users, autonomy of vehicles and the integration of IOT in all household appliances. Our job is to interpret current standards so that contracts can adopt new technologies and products in an organic way.
