It is essential to ensure that all actions remain within the legal framework, adhering to both external laws and internal procedures. 

Once the immediate difficulties have been addressed, it is crucial for the company, alongside its legal team, to capitalise on the lessons learned from these situations. This enables a quick adaptation to new realities and fosters a resilient mindset.
