AI is revolutionising the drafting and review of contracts and legal documents, offering tools that can quickly and accurately analyse documents, identify risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws. This transformation allows legal teams to automate routine tasks, freeing up time for more complex and strategic issues, thereby enhancing productivity and team management. 

Automation, on the other hand, streamlines repetitive legal tasks such as contract management, compliance checks, and due diligence.
