Spotlight on our achievements in the past year and what drives us

Establishing a data-privacy revitalisation programme across the FOSS Group ensuring a proper “three lines of defence” approach, including appointment and training of data privacy ambassadors, rolling out a new e-learning programme and implementing a proper risk management and control-system.

Also, buying land and negotiating various agreements relating to FOSS’ new 20,0000 square meter production site in Vinge, Frederikssund, including agreements with 5E, Rambøll and Henning Larsen – the biggest investment at FOSS, as of today.

Lastly, negotiating JV and other agreements with Sophienberg Gruppen relating to the development of FOSS’ current production site in Hillerød into a new “sustainable urban” neighbourhood.

Regarding what drives us, in global legal, we act as trusted business partners with a curious and proactive mindset. It is key for us to provide value-adding solutions with a clear sense of commercial and technical understanding and with our core values “first” and “customer” as guiding stars, but always also safeguarding FOSS’ interests.

We work with an end2end perspective as the “glue” across FOSS, connecting the dots and aligned with our overall strategy.
