Josephine Uhrbrand serves as an internal advisor to the founding partners of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), which was founded in 2012. CIP is a global leader in renewable energy investments and makes significant and meaningful contributions to green transition. The company manages 12 funds and has raised approximately €28bn with a goal of delivering 1% of the needed CO2 emissions reductions needed to get to net-zero.
Having been with CIP for two years, Josephine’s main deliverables are services related to the handling of various investments, and deliverance of legal advice on governance and transactional matters needed to execute different investment strategies. This includes, among others, legal structure planning, legal and commercial due diligence, negotiations, execution and handling of new and ongoing investments.
