How do you stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to your organisation’s industry? 

It is essential to keep up-to-date. Every lawyer knows that laws and regulations are dynamic and undergo transformations over time, so lawyers need constant legal updating, which is achieved through continuous participation in training courses. This can be achieved through reading the Judicial Bulletins of our Supreme Court of Justice, through active participation in the associations of our union and our company’s union, through subscription to legal journals, and reading news and communication media in general. 

What is a cause, business related or otherwise, that you care about, and why? 

I am concerned with always maintaining the ability to provide legal advice in an efficient, decisive and timely manner. It is crucial for me to influence my team so that they maintain a constant commitment to carry out their work diligently and with integrity and empathy, and also that they have the ability to communicate with the company’s executives.
