Ena has more than 20 years of professional practice in different areas of law, with extensive experience in public and private management, handling highly complex cases throughout her professional career, both in commercial and business matters, as well as large-scale policy projects. public.

She was recognized by the prestigious business magazine, Mercado Mercado, as one of the most influential young professionals in business and in the public sector, in its Forty under Forty 2019 edition, as well as a prominent woman in the public sector, in its Women edition of Power and Success 2018.

During her career in the private sector, she has served as a legal consultant for the Development and Export Bank; legal director of Globalia Group, a multinational company of international renown in the tourism and aviation sectors; executive director of the Dominican Association of Exporters (ADOEXPO);  and senior attorney at the Castillo & Castillo law firm, and partner at the QA Legal firm; as well as legal representative of several tourism projects.

As a public servant she served as investment manager at the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (CEI-RD), and then as general secretary of the Public Ministry, working on the implementation of the single window for foreign investment projects, achieving the establishment of important projects in the country, as well as achieving the digitalisation and simplification of important public administration procedures.
