The legal strategy remains aligned with the business, jointly managing the operation of transactions, defining the most beneficial actions with a controlled risk approach, for which a constant exchange of information is maintained for comprehensive evaluation.

What are the main cases or transactions you have been involved in recently? 

Commercial loan transactions with guarantees of various types, such as solar panels, fiduciaries, as well as repayment sources for cases that involve facilities for State suppliers that develop large projects in favor of the community and the country in general.

What emerging technologies do you see as having the most significant impact on the legal profession in the near future, and how do you stay updated on these developments?

AI already impacts the function of the lawyer, due to the documents it can generate by simply indicating several words or commands, as well as legal opinions. In recent times, in order to stay updated on this matter, I have participated in forums where exponents from more advanced countries present their experience, where we are going, how to use the available tools, as well as reading articles on this topic.
