How do you approach managing legal aspects during periods of instability or crises, and how does your legal strategy align with the broader business strategy to ensure the organisation’s resilience? 

I execute an existing recovery protocol and coordinate with my team the legal actions that need to be addressed according to the business priorities. Our legal strategic focuses on the availability of clients savings and the proper compliance with monetary regulations.  

 What are the main cases or transactions you have been involved in recently?  

I advised the commercial team and coordinated the legal recommendations to facilitate the participation of the Bank in an international Real State Exhibition held in Madrid, Spain. We provided legal advice to the commercial team to ensure the compliance with the applicable international regulations joining forces with an external legal firm based in Madrid.  

The AI has the potential to change the legal profession as we know it. This new tool comes to increase the productivity of the legal teams and to foster new skills and ways to improve the quality of the legal services provided, due to the vast amount of data that can be processed in ma very short time.
