What are the most significant cases and transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?
My team has been involved in transactions of various facility structures in diverse sectors and of significant amounts and market leading and impact creating transactions (both bilateral and syndicated) including real estate financings, project finance transactions, corporate lending solutions, trade/working capital solutions and financing, and encompassing sustainability aspects and other emerging aspects in the loan market, bespoke product offerings and client-customised structures, etc.
Which recent political, economic or regulatory changes have impacted your work the most in recent years?
Market conditions affecting liquidity and related matters have brought differences in certain funding aspects for transactions in this market. Changes in the legal framework (i.e. developing case law) have also resulted in new legal considerations being analysed for compliance.
Are there any causes, business or otherwise, that you are passionate about?
I am passionate about building solutions for our clients and particularly enjoy being part of the service and product innovations that are constantly emerging to enable us better serve our clients.
