What are the most significant cases or transactions that your legal team has recently been involved in?

We have recently overcome the crisis that the pandemic left us, thanks to the effort and commitment of my team. In addition, we have included our compliance officer in the team, who will be responsible for ensuring that all processes for the prevention of money laundering are complied with.

Looking forward, what technological advancements do you feel will impact the role of in-house legal teams in the future the most? Which have you found most useful in your legal team?

Definitively, the technological advance that could affect us, if used incorrectly, is artificial intelligence, since it cannot be expected that everything is solved using it. On the other hand, the technology that has helped us the most is videoconferencing.
