We must speak with one voice, ensuring the team is aligned with our position to provide the confidence the business needs during periods of instability or crisis.

What distinguishes me from other in-house counsel is my deep business knowledge and commitment to providing strategic, business-oriented legal assessments. As guardians of the law, we ensure compliance while proactively seeking legal solutions that align with the legal framework, corporate policies, and business objectives. We refuse to give an easy answer such as “no” to our internal clients and always push to find innovative solutions that drive success within the legal framework.
