Azhanty Desiree Jheman Martinez is an experienced lawyer with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, specialising in both oil and gas projects and renewable energy projects. She has proven international expertise in corporate, transactional, and regulatory law, collaborating with multinational energy firms, regulatory bodies, partners, and competitors in complex and uncertain business environments. She is skilled in managing senior stakeholders, fostering consensus, and excelling as a team player at all organisational levels. Azhanty possesses a solid understanding of diverse cultures, enabling effective work in Latin America and Europe. Holds a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen, UK, as well as a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Project Management from the University of Barcelona, Spain.
