What are the most significant cases and transactions in the LATAM region that you or your legal team have recently been involved in?

Several distribution agreements with partners; incorporation of a branch in Costa Rica and some judicial recovery cases.

What are your organisations plans in the Latam region over the next 12 months and how will your legal expertise help to achieve these plans?

Our plans are to grow up in all the countries increasing our distribution agreements with partners and support the insurance operations of our group. We will help with our legal expertise in those kinds of agreements.

How do you adapt your legal counselling to align with the diverse business practices and customs of various Latam countries?

We try to act as much homogeneous as possible for all the countries, but we know every country has its particularities, therefore, we try to ensure we are covering any different we can face in each country but keeping the essence of our templates of agreements as much as possible.
