What are the most significant cases and transactions in the LATAM region that you or your legal team have recently been involved in?

Rover´s Legal Team has been deeply involved in tenders for PPP Projects in LATAM, and advising in those projects already awarded, specifically in contracts with financial entities. Additionally, Rover Legal team participates in litigation and arbitration proceedings in relation to the execution and development of construction projects carried out in Peru and Colombia.

What are your organisations plans in the LATAM region over the next 12 months and how will your legal expertise help to achieve these plans?

Rover has recently entered into agreements with local companies to grow their business in LATAM. To enhance legal support Rover has recruited in-house lawyers in those countries where expect to grow. Also, Rover seeks advice from specialised law firms specialised in certain matters that increase the value in those countries in which the activity begins.

How do you adapt your legal counselling to align with the diverse business practices and customs of various LATAM countries?

Rover has an enthusiastic team of lawyers who are characterised by their easy adaptation to international environments. Having trusted external lawyers also facilitates understanding of the rules in LATAM countries.
