How do you adapt your legal counselling to align with the diverse business practices and customs of various LATAM countries?

In LATAM, it is crucial to consider each country individually and not as a single region. In most of the countries, we share a common language, which makes any commercial and legal transaction more approachable in terms of communication and understanding. Each country in the region is tremendously rich in terms of the creative industry which, in turn, means having a solid copyright regime for the fostering of creativity. Legal counselling within the business of the company needs to consider, first, cultural peculiarities and knowledge of the applicable regulation. Working hand in hand with lawyers and business teams from Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil is one of the most rewarding experiences and allows for a more sophisticated legal advice.
