How do you adapt your legal counselling to align with the diverse business practices and customs of various LATAM countries?

As we have a presence across the entire region, it is very important that we have an adequate network of collaborators and law firms that know how to support us. This support is essential for navigating the peculiarities of the local jurisdictions and effectively managing projects that could span several countries.
What are your organisations plans in the LATAM region over the next 12 months and how will your legal expertise help to achieve these plans?

The plan is to continue growing our business volume in the region while strengthening our leadership within key markets. From the legal team’s perspective, our mission is to continue to be trusted business advisors. We aim to provide valuable knowledge into the Group’s global strategy, adapt effectively to the local requirements of each market using internal processes, avoid delays, and improve our overall value contribution to the business.
