Lawyer graduated from PUC-RJ, with specialisation in Strategic People Management from INSEAD, she has an established career as a leader in different multinational companies. She worked as Legal and Compliance Director at companies such as IBM, Natura and, currently, at L’Oréal Group, where she holds the position of Global Legal Director of Market Development, based in Paris.

In addition to her corporate career, she founded Horganopolis, a company dedicated to the organic sector. Throughout her career, she has been heavily involved in diversity initiatives, with a focus on promoting gender equality. She was a leader in the development of women’s careers at IBM, was part of the diversity committee at Natura and co-leader of the sorority at Rede Gaia, L’Oréal’s female empowerment group.
